The Team in Training Summer Season will be kicking off in a couple of months with the featured events being the Seattle Rock ‘n Roll Marathon and Half Marathon and the San Diego Rock ‘n Roll Marathon and Half Marathon.  Shelby will be coaching the Seattle team again this year along with Jeff Russell and other vereran Team in Training coaches.  For more information click on the link to the right of the page or attend one of the information meeting listed below.
