Jeff Helmer
Jeff has been with Run 26 since we opened in 2006. He ran locally in high school winning State Championships in 2006 in both the 3,200 and Cross Country. After high school Jeff ran at Arizona State where he was an all Regional Cross Country runner and had a 5k pr of 14:01. He recently won the Amica Northwest Sprint Triathlon Championships and finished 3rd at the National Championships. Jeff currently is heading up the Team Run 26 group as well as coaching individual triathletes of all levels. He has a secret passion for NASCAR and techno music.
